These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Vibacklinks.com and the purchase of services from ViBacklinks (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By requesting a proposal, accepting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Where a signed proposal, quotation, or written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed document takes priority.
1. Services
ViBacklinks provides guest posting, link building, link insertions, blogger outreach, digital PR, and related outreach services.
Every campaign is defined by a written proposal that outlines the agreed scope, deliverables, quality requirements, timeline, and pricing.
We use exclusively manual, white-hat methods and do not use:
- Private Blog Networks (PBNs)
- Automated link schemes
- Spam outreach
- Placements obtained without publisher approval
2. Quotes, Payments, and Taxes
Quotes and proposals remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Campaigns are generally invoiced in advance or according to agreed milestones. Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice.
Prices do not include VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice has been provided.
Any payment processor fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs associated with your chosen payment method are the responsibility of the client.
3. Delivery and Replacement Guarantee
Typical placement timelines range from two to six weeks depending on publisher availability and campaign requirements.
Where agreed, clients may approve target websites and anchor text before outreach begins.
Each completed placement is delivered with its live URL and reporting information.
90-Day Replacement Guarantee
If a delivered link is removed, significantly altered, or de-indexed within 90 days of delivery through no action of the client, ViBacklinks will replace the placement with an equivalent or higher-quality placement at no additional cost.
We cannot guarantee:
- Search engine rankings
- Traffic increases
- Revenue growth
- Search engine behavior
- The future actions of third-party publishers
No honest SEO provider can guarantee rankings, and we make no such promises.
4. Refund Policy
If an agreed placement cannot be delivered, clients may choose one of the following options:
- A replacement placement of equal or greater value
- Credit toward future work
- A refund for the undelivered item
Because prospecting, content creation, and publisher negotiations begin immediately after work starts, completed placements and active work in progress are non-refundable except under the replacement guarantee described above.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Changes in business strategy
- Ranking fluctuations
- Algorithm updates
- Publisher decisions outside the guarantee period
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, clients confirm that:
- They own or are authorized to promote the submitted website(s).
- Their content complies with applicable laws in their target markets.
- Requested anchors and landing pages do not violate third-party rights or misrepresent products or services.
Clients agree to provide required information, approvals, and feedback promptly. Delays in approvals may extend campaign timelines accordingly.
Clients are responsible for keeping their website online and accessible during campaigns. Placements pointing to inactive websites are considered successfully delivered.
6. Restricted Niches and Right of Refusal
ViBacklinks reserves the right to decline or terminate campaigns involving niches that quality publishers typically reject, including but not limited to:
- Gambling
- Adult content
- Payday loans
- Illegal products or services
- Fraudulent or deceptive content
We may also decline projects involving websites with unresolved manual penalties or serious search engine violations.
Any prepaid amounts for undelivered work in such situations will be handled according to our refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Upon full payment, content created by ViBacklinks is licensed for its intended published use.
Published content may also be subject to the terms and conditions of individual publishers.
All content, branding, and materials displayed on Vibacklinks.com remain the property of ViBacklinks unless otherwise stated.
Client trademarks, logos, and supplied materials remain the property of the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:
- Campaign strategies
- Pricing arrangements
- Publisher relationships
- Prospect lists
- Internal processes
ViBacklinks will never publish client names, logos, or case studies without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViBacklinks’ total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific campaign giving rise to that claim.
ViBacklinks is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses including:
- Lost revenue
- Lost profits
- Ranking changes
- Algorithm updates
- Actions of search engines
- Actions of third-party publishers
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice.
Any work completed or irrevocably committed before termination remains payable.
Prepaid amounts for work that has not yet started will be refunded or credited according to our refund policy.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by ViBacklinks shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through direct communication and good-faith negotiation.

11. Changes to These Terms
The version of these Terms published at the time of your order applies to that order.
ViBacklinks reserves the right to update these Terms for future orders and engagements.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
