Link Building Service — Content & SEO Pack

Buying individual links is a tactic. Link building is a strategy — and the difference shows up about eight months later, when one site’s rankings compound and the other’s plateau. This service is for companies that want the strategy: a managed campaign where we decide, with you, which pages need links, what kind, from where, at what pace — then execute all of it with manual outreach.

The campaign starts with an audit, not an order form

Before we build anything, we map what you already have and what your competitors have that you don’t:

  • Link profile audit. Your current referring domains, anchor distribution, deep-link ratio, and anything toxic worth knowing about (usually less than sold-by-the-disavow-tool vendors claim).
  • Competitor gap analysis. The sites linking to the top three rankers for your money keywords but not to you — the most reliable prospect source in link building, because those sites demonstrably link to content like yours.
  • Page priority map. Not every page deserves links. We identify the handful where authority actually converts into revenue — usually commercial pages one or two positions from meaningful traffic.

You receive this as a written plan with reasoning, before the first pitch goes out.

What goes into the mix

A healthy link profile is diverse by construction, so campaigns blend tactics rather than repeating one:

Guest posts for control — new articles where we choose the context around your link. Link insertions for speed and aged authority. Resource and broken-link outreach where genuinely relevant pages exist to improve. Unlinked mention reclamation for brands that get discussed without being linked. And for competitive niches, digital PR to earn the citation-grade links money cannot buy directly.

The ratio depends on your gap analysis. A new domain gets a different mix — and a much gentler pace — than an established site pushing into a competitive head term.

Anchor text and velocity: the details that keep campaigns safe

Two things separate durable campaigns from future disavow projects. First, anchor distribution: profiles dominated by exact-match commercial anchors are the single most legible spam signal that exists. We manage anchors across the whole campaign — branded, natural-phrase, partial-match, and only occasional exact-match where the profile can absorb it. Second, link velocity: authority should arrive at a pace consistent with your site’s visibility. Twenty links in week one of a domain’s life is not a growth story any algorithm believes. Your plan includes a monthly pace with the reasoning attached.

What results look like (honestly)

Links are one major input to rankings, not a vending machine. Realistic expectations: placements begin going live within two to six weeks; movement on targeted keywords typically shows within two to four months of links landing, faster for pages already ranking on page two; and the effect compounds, because authority earned this quarter keeps working next year. What we will never promise is a specific position — anyone who does is either lying or planning to manipulate something you’ll pay for later. For a grounded look at volume expectations, read how many backlinks it actually takes to rank.

Reporting you can audit

Every month: each live placement URL, the site’s metrics at placement, anchor and target page, plus campaign-level views of anchor distribution and referring-domain growth. Nothing summarized into vagueness — every line in the report is a link you can click and inspect.

Do you need access to my site?

No access required — only Search Console viewer access is helpful (optional) for prioritizing pages with real impression data. Everything else runs from public data and your input.

Can you work alongside my in-house SEO or another agency?

Yes, and it usually works well: they own content and technical, we own acquisition. We coordinate on anchor plans so the profile stays coherent — two teams building exact-match anchors independently is how accidents happen.

Tell us upfront. Genuine manual actions need cleanup before new links make sense, and we will say so rather than sell you links onto a burning profile. Most “toxic backlink” panics, however, are tool noise — we will give you an honest read either way.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Campaigns are scoped in the proposal, typically quarterly, because link building measured in single months measures nothing. There is no lock-in beyond the agreed scope — retention should come from reports worth renewing, and that is the bet we make.
